Beverage - Alcohol - Community - Information - Council  

Working closely with other leading organizations from Arizona’s hospitality and tourism industries -- such as the Arizona Food Marketing Alliance, the Arizona Licensed Beverage Association, the Arizona Restaurant Association, and the Arizona Tourism Alliance, BWDA has been instrumental in the development of the Beverage Alcohol Community Information Council (“BACIC”).

BACIC is an Arizona non-profit membership organization (seeking a 501c6 tax exemption), composed of local and national companies and trade groups from across the tourism and hospitality sectors who share a common interest in providing information to Arizona communities about alcohol-beverage issues. Through the collective support of its members, BACIC aims to enhance the positive impact of the alcohol-beverage community. Moreover, the Council will help to advance a responsible and balanced public policy agenda, while raising public awareness of the many positive steps Arizona’s hospitality and tourism industries are taking to promote responsible alcohol-beverage enjoyment. We will also serve as an information resource for industry colleagues who need useful information and topical research in a timely manner.
